What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, whether you identified yourself as a buyer or a seller, and anything you type into the message field. We also record that you gave consent to be contacted, along with the date and time.
Our website and email tools may automatically collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you.
Website analytics and visitor tracking
We use a tracking pixel provided by Follow Up Boss, our customer relationship management system. It records the pages you view on this site, how long you spend on them, and the site that referred you. If you have previously given us your contact information, this activity may be linked to your record so we can see what you have been looking at and follow up about the right properties.
You can prevent this tracking by using your browser’s private browsing mode, enabling a Do Not Track setting, or using an ad or tracker blocker. Declining to be tracked does not affect the service you receive from us.
How we use it
- To contact you about real estate services by phone, email, and text
- To answer your questions and send property or market information you requested
- To connect you with providers you ask for, such as lenders, inspectors, or title companies
- To meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed real estate professionals in California
Text messages
If you check the consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive calls, emails, and text messages from us about real estate services. Consent is recorded at the moment you submit the form, together with the exact wording you agreed to.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your number is shared only with the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
SMS terms and conditions
- We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

We share information with eXp Realty of California, Inc. as required by our brokerage relationship, and with third parties where the law requires it or where you ask us to.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep contact information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, and for as long as brokerage policy and California licensing rules require. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
